ORDER CAFE THROUGH MOBILE APPLICATIONS?

Order coffee through mobile application – frustration in Vietnam. However, after testing the beta and observing customers in the shop for a day, I found 9 out of 10 people who didn’t know how to use QR Code, so the project failed immediately after the first day. Later there were many related ideas, such as using Ipad on the table for customers to order and playing games while waiting but not suitable for Vietnamese people because of the high cost and the low level of respect for common properties.

In many coffee sessions, I tried to observe how customers call drinks to visualize the idea of ​​app for employees to write order tickets and charge customers right on the phone or tablet. However, after a while I was discouraged. Try listening to a few orders from the women:

After many observations, it is not uncommon for many fast food chains to penetrate Vietnam hard.

Because women did not feel satisfy to pay money, women do not pay, their children and husbands also suffer.

In many F&B chains, customers who have access to combo food and drinks are mostly young people – who are more adaptable and more comfortable when making requests.

In another example, many of you also want to make the app marketplace for women but failed.

Just because it is difficult to teach women in Vietnam to search and install the app, what to say about mass marketing. Recently, according to the report of some large e-commerce floors in Vietnam, they were bored with launching promotions to 5% of orders or 50k each install and still could not pull install app users in Vietnam ( If you have install app, you will be able to send advertisement notification to customers with low cost).

THESE ARE JUST SOME SIMPLE BUT EQUALLY IMPORTANT EXAMPLES, ESPECIALLY TECHNOLOGY STARTUPS, WHO WANT TO SOLVE SOCIAL PROBLEMS, BUT THE SOCIETY IS NOT YET QUALIFIED TO RECEIVE AND APPLY, THE PRODUCT IS ALSO FAIL VERY SOON.

BUSINESSES EVEN EITHER START-UPS OR LONG-TERM BUSINESSES BEFORE THEY APPLY TECHNOLOGY IN VIETNAM SHOULD ALSO CONSIDER CAREFULLY AND NEED TO APPLY THE TEST BEFORE CONSIDERING POPULAR AND LONG-TERM PROBLEMS, THE APPLICATION OF TECHNOLOGY IN EACH COUNTRY IS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT AND CANNOT COPY THE ORIGINAL FROM ONE COUNTRY TO ANOTHER.
